Are you an experienced customer service professional looking for a new and exciting opportunity with a large financial institution in Columbus, OH? Responsibilities

• MUST be able to accept a 40 hours shift between the hours of Mon-Sun 6AM-10PM, no exceptions
  NOT WFH will be remote for 3 week training, then change to hybrid model, 3 days in office 2 days WFH.
• Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on business accounts.
• Service Professionals will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
• Functional support areas includeCash Management products and services,Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries.
• Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven, and committed to World-Class Service.
