REQUIREMENTS:
- 85% English proficiency
- Steady wired internet connection
- USB Wired headset
- Windows 8+ or MAC
- Retention experience is a plus
RETENTION AGENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening.
- Analyzing customer behavior.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions.
- Educate customers on the value of our services.
- Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention.
- Go into internal professional training.
- Communicate and report to your team leader.
RETENTION AGENT'S BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
90% English proficiency (EF set - C2 or higher)
Fundamental computer skills and PC that meet the minimum technical requirement
Exceptional customer service skills
A hard-wire, noise-canceling headset
Be able to provide a valid and non-expired certificate of good conduct/Police Certificate (International Applicants)
Ability to service with minimal supervision and consistently keep your scheduled client commitments
1+ years of retention experience (Desirable).
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy and patience.
Strong conflict resolution skills.
