Job Role : BUSINESS ANALYST/ BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST (BSA) (Mid/ Entry/Junior)

Job Type : W2 Contract (Full time)

Work Authorization : H4 EAD , GC EAD , GC and USC

Experience : 1-3 years needed as BA /BSA

Location : Delaware and New Jersey (Hybrid / Onsite )

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work
