Job Role : BUSINESS ANALYST / BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST (Mid/ Entry/Junior)
Job Type : W2 Contract (Full time)
Work Authorization : H4 EAD , GC EAD , GC and USC
Experience : 2-3 years needed as BA
Location : Delaware and New Jersey (Hybrid / Onsite )
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to work
