The primary goal of a business analyst is to bridge the gap between the business needs and the solutions provided by information technology (IT) or other functional areasnbsp;Roles and responsibilities:To be responsible for gathering & writing & documentation requirements in simple, accurate, and precise verbiage in the form of SRS/RTM/User Stories.Be able to perform why-why analysis to identify solutions to a problem that address its root cause(sTo be responsible for communicating, translating, and simplifying business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholdersCoordinate with the technical lead, architects, and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.To be responsible for creating user process flows, activity flows, and the basic relationship between entities.To be responsible for understanding requirements, and researching ways of effectively implementing the features by analyzing competitors or similar applications if needed.Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with the delivery team/clients/project manager.Be responsible for working with the UI/UX team to create designs based on client expectations.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
