Create your own schedule! Lowell is looking for a night shift machinist to work an 8-10 hour shift anywhere between the hours of 5pm-6am, 4 or 5 nights a week. You will operate sophisticated new Tsugami Swiss and Mill-Turn CNC Machines. We are located in Brooklyn Park on the border of Maple Grove and Osseo.

You will produce highly complex, close tolerance precision medical implant devices in a clean and bright environment.

As a Machinist you will:

Performs all job requirements per documented procedures, routings, CNC programs, inspection instructions, tool lists, SPC instructions, and any other related documents and instructions.

Manages machining process by monitoring tooling and equipment condition and replacing and offsetting as needed

Perform in-process inspection using a variety of inspection equipment and tools to measure and verify dimensional and surface conformity. Use data to adjust and maintain process as needed.

Perform part finishing operations using a variety of deburring and surface finishing tools and techniques.

Ensures cutting fluid and hydraulic oil levels are maintained and changed as required. Performs routine PM checks.

Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work environment

What you will need to succeed:

Two years of Swiss Machining experience required, on Tsugami is preferred

Proficient reading, writing, oral communication, and comprehension in English language.

Knowledge of industrial math.

Knowledge of computer integrated manufacturing software including accessing and retrieving information using the computer.
