Position - Commercial Lines Account Manager (Hybrid-Remote Schedule)

Job Description:

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and servicing our commercial insurance clients. You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and collaborating with the sales team to expand our client base. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and advancement in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries.


  • Policy Management: Review and analyze client policies, making recommendations for coverage adjustments and enhancements as needed.


  • Renewals and Endorsements: Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and changes, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate documentation.


  • Claims Support: Assist clients with claims processing and advocate on their behalf when necessary.


  • Risk Assessment: Evaluate clients' risk exposure and provide risk management strategies to minimize potential losses.


  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products and collaborating with the sales team to maximize revenue.


  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client files, including policy documents and communication records.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).


  • Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role in the insurance industry.


  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and policies.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.


  • Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Insurance licensure (if required in your state).
