Place of Work: Home based in UK - Some travel will be required to attend meetings and events (with advance notice provided)

Salary: 30-33k per annum

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Commercial Support Executive to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial activities and supporting our valued partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial
Supplier engagement (air): management of niche market airlines in conjunction with Commercial Manager
Supplier engagement (rail): support of rail programme (with potential to manage full programme after probationary period)
Fares Support: Support of nett fare programme
ACMs: Managing with the relevant Travel Management Company (TMC)
Invoices: Requesting/raising invoices and monitoring payments
Debt Management: Chasing outstanding payments with suppliers
Data
Performance statistics: Gathering statistics from airlines
Analytics Reports & Airline Reports: Generating and analysing data
Marketing and events
Extranet Updates: Keeping the online platform current
Marketing Packages: Administrative support and fulfilment
Marketing Funds: Reallocation and reconciliation
Product Incentives (Extranet): Setting up, monitoring, promoting, and managing prizes
E-Newsletters: Creating and publishing to TMCs and on the Extranet
Virtual training: Setting up and managing virtual sessions with suppliers, promoting and monitoring usage
Invitation Management: Sending invites and finding replacements when needed
Administration:
Supplier NDAs: Handling non-disclosure agreements
CRM Maintenance: Keeping supplier partner information up to date (airline-related)
Annual Partnership Agreements: co-ordination of document creation, sending through CRM, managing responses, and setting up payment basis
Skills Required:
Highly organised and efficient with exceptional attention to detail
Good understanding of operational processes of a business travel TMC eg GDS, OBTs, fare construction, distribution
Experience in working through a ticket-based helpdesk
Proficiency in presenting in a virtual environment
Ability to work effectively within a remote team
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others, simplify complex concepts, and convey key messages to diverse audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Good analytical skills
Report production skills
