Job Description:

As a Remote Cruise Booking Specialist, you will play a key role in turning our clients' cruise dreams into reality. Your expertise in beautiful vacation destinations and cruises, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction will be instrumental in helping travelers embark on incredible journeys. Full training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cruise Consultation: Engage with clients via phone, email, or chat to understand their travel preferences, budget, and desires, and provide expert advice and recommendations for cruise options.

2. Itinerary Planning: Craft customized cruise itineraries tailored to each client's needs, including selecting cruise lines, destinations, cabin categories, and shore excursions.

3. Booking Execution: Manage the end-to-end cruise booking process, including making reservations, coordinating payments, and ensuring all required travel documentation is complete.

4. Knowledge Base: Stay up-to-date with the latest cruise industry trends, promotions, and offers to provide clients with the most accurate and current information.

5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with post-booking support, such as pre-cruise and post-cruise arrangements.

6. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and bookings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in travel and cruise booking is desirable but not required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and disciplined to excel in a remote work environment.
