Location: This is a fully Remote opportunity being offered within the USA and Mexico among other countries

Job Description:

As our Remote Customer Advocate, you will:
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide courteous and efficient support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Problem-Solve: Identify and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to assist customers effectively.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Productive Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex customer issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and feedback to improve our customer service processes.
Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customer inquiries or complaints.
  • The ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and systems (training provided).
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding service with a smile.
