We are looking for new Call Center Representatives to join our CMS Manasquan team!
Criticom Monitoring Services (CMS) provides 24-hour alarm monitoring for residential and commercial customers. When a customer's alarm system activates, we receive and process the alarm, dispatching the proper authorities if needed.

- Handle Emergency Signals
- Notify/Verify Alarm Signals
- Dispatch Proper Authorities
Requirements:
- HS Diploma/GED
- Customer Service Experience
- Weekends, Holidays & Overtime Flexibility
- Computer Literacy
Shift available: 2nd shift (3pm-11pm). Please note: We only offer full time positions. This position would not be conducive as a second job due to the fact that we are essential personnel.
Possible work from home opportunities available for those who meet the criteria after successful completion of training!
