Seeking Full Time / Part time employees who are organized, dynamic and ready to join our Call Center for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Requirements / Skill-Sets:
• Call Center Background
• Ability to maintain client call metrics
• PC skills (with ability to navigate and toggle through multiple windows)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Punctuality
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in fast paced environment.
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work independently within virtual team environment
• Available to work various shifts including weekends and/or holidays.
• Ability to pass drug/background screening
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Minimum 15 hrs/week including weekends and/or holidays
Required Equipment:
• High Speed Internet (WITH WIRED CONNECTION)
• Land-line telephone service (VOIP NOT ALLOWED)
• Laptop -or- desktop
• With Microsoft Windows 7, 8 or 10
• Installed Antivirus
• MINIMUM 4 GB RAM
• MINIMUM 200 GB hard drive * Dual Monitors (or additional external if utilizing laptop)
• Quiet undisturbed home-office setting
