Our Customer service representatives should be able to work efficiently. You will be in charge of handling customer inquiries and high call volumes while ensuring our customers feel valued and heard. You should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills to effectively manage inbound andoutbound calls. To effectively provide solutions to our customers. You must be knowledgeable about our companys products and services. Since this is a customer-facing role, you must remain calm and professional, even when dealing with difficult customers.
