Bermuda Landscape & Design, Inc. is seeking a Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting and updating data into our database system ensuring accuracy and completeness. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, organized and has excellent typing skills. This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database system.
• Maintain and update database by verifying data accuracy and completeness.
• Retrieve data from various sources and prepare reports as needed.
• Scan documents and input data to maintain electronic files.
• Organize and maintain accurate records of data entry tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative work required.
• Excellent typing skills (60 WPM or higher).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Must have a reliable computer, internet connection and quiet workspace.
