We are looking for Desktop support resource in Kansas City, MO

Desktop Support Specialist
Kansas City, MO
Duration : 3+ Months Contract

Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated support for MacBook's within the larger team structure.
• Utilize JAMF for efficient MAC device management.
• Collaborate with team members handling Windows devices to ensure comprehensive IT support.
• Support approximately 900 end users and devices, both onsite and remote.
• Work within CST hours, with flexibility to accommodate business needs.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in MAC support, with a focus on MacBook devices.
• Familiarity with JAMF for MAC device management.
• Ability to collaborate within a larger team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying business needs and shift schedules.
• Strong communication skills for effective end-user support.
