Experience in transforming customer journeys in Retail domain. Led Omni channel transformation programs. Very good with Business Interactions. Experience in Telecom BSS. Experience implementing product catalog for telco customers. Products like Amdocs, Ericsson etc. Responsibilities: 1.Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, with a focus on web and mobile applications. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. 2.Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and a positive team culture. Motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals and meet client expectations. 3. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their digital objectives and requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns proactively. 4. Digital Strategy: Contribute to the development of digital strategies aligned with business goals. Provide insights and recommendations for improving the digital presence and user experience. 6.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to digital projects. Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success. 7.Technology Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in web and mobile technologies. Provide recommendations for adopting new tools or methodologies to enhance project delivery. 8.Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital projects. Provide regular reports on project status, performance, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in digital marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Digital Delivery Lead or similar role, with a focus on web and mobile projects. Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and user experience principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and mobile app development frameworks. Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification is a plus.
