As an Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to potential clients as they explore our offerings. While prior experience in insurance sales is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. We believe in your ability to adapt, learn, and excel, regardless of your background.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat, to provide them with information about our services and offerings.
Listen actively and empathetically to clients' needs, concerns, and questions, and provide personalized solutions to assist them in making informed decisions.
