Job Description:

The Executive Director you will be responsible for creating the strategy and selling to top Health Systems in the US. You will work with key resources to help educate prospects on the power of Agiliti, helping those prospects understand and see the value of Agilitis offerings. You will help drive Agilitis revenue growth as we seek to build a world-class sales team and scale the organization.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with 10-15+ years selling enterprise healthcare in consulting services, performance solutions, or services is required. Demonstrated skills selling into CFO/CEO/ COO / CIO alongside the respective VP and Director levels.

The ability to assess, recommend and influence, and challenge the status quo as the customer advisor is required. You must have a demonstrated track record of success selling large-scale enterprise solutions.

Can close deals $2M-$5M and close over $25M annually.

Essential Duties and Requirements

Generate revenue by selling, managing, developing, and growing a base of enterprise accounts.

Prospect potential customers through targeted outbound activity and cultivation of existing customer relationships.

Understand customer growth goals, strategies & initiatives, and establish Agiliti as a best in class for medical devise management.

Effectively align Agiliti products to customer goals & objectives and develop a compelling value proposition.

Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.

Participate in all products, sales, and process training & certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective.

Manage account relationships, pipeline, and forecast in CRM.

Oversee a small team of Health System Executives, who help support the sales efforts for the designated client territory or assigned group of targeted clients

Travel required to meet with customers and prospects.

Requirements

Domain experience: Experience selling to healthcare providers, has existing rolodex of contacts in these spaces is a plus.

Sales success: Successful track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota

Communication skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with specific experiences presenting to c-level stakeholders and decision makers

Experience understanding/navigating and closing complex deals by utilizing a solution sales methodology

Evangelistic sale: Ability to tell the story of the company and uncover the need for a solution that the buyer may not know that they needed

Relationship building skills: Ability to build strong partnerships and influence stakeholders

Preferred Experience

Understanding of hospital operations, and enterprise medical devise management as it relates to the needs of hospitals and health system

Entrepreneurial: Proven success in rolling up sleeves and doing whatever it takes to help the business accomplish its goals

Collaborative: Works well cross functionally with internal teams

This position can be remote and does not require a specific living location in most cases

Pay Range for All Remote Locations: $243,080.00-$422,300.00

This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and related factors.
