Compensation

ACE is committed to paying a competitive wage while staying true to our mission of maintaining high-quality, affordable programs for our students. The starting hourly rate for this position is $24.00, plus all full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus. Offers vary depending on education, prior experience, and expertise being applied to the role.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • In this role you will wear different hats, but your skills will be especially essential in the following areas:
  • Acts as a liaison between marketing, enrollment, academics, compliance, and field department
  • Conducts data entry and conference support on a regular basis
  • Supports the Educational Solutions department as needed in a similar fashion as the Field team
  • Assists in the development and organization of ACE Field Alumni events
  • Maintains and updates Field Microsoft platforms
  • Collaborates with leadership in the management of B-Corp partner initiatives
  • Schedules and assists in the management of field partner webinars
  • Acts as a primary point of contact for designated non-profit partners in event support
  • Maintains established department policies, procedures, and attends in-services and other required meetings
  • Assists field leadership in creating and updating training tutorials
  • Assists in webinar delivery and support of presentations
  • Monitors and organizes field direct bill operations
  • Manages inventory process and related vendors
  • Attends ACE events in the Indianapolis area as needed
  • Performs other related job duties as assigned


Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • CRM/E-mail operations experience
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft 365 product suite
  • Understanding of Zoom platform and webinar delivery procedures
  • Commitment to learning and developing skills
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to exercise good judgment
  • Reliable transportation to office and ability to travel/drive locally on a weekly, daily, or an as needed basis
