Key Responsibilities:Develop and refine prompts to interact effectively with generative AI models, ensuring high-quality, relevant, and contextually accurate outputs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including machine learning engineers, product managers, and UX designers, to integrate prompt-driven AI features into products.Conduct thorough testing and iteration of prompts based on user feedback and model performance data to continually improve output quality.Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and prompt engineering practices to ensure our approaches remain and mitigate biases in AI responses, promoting ethical AI usage that respects user privacy and fairness.Document prompt design processes and decisions, providing clear guidelines for best practices in prompt engineering within the organization. Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field.Proven experience in prompt engineering, AI development, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in generating effective AI interactions.Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their underlying mechanisms.Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in designing prompts for complex queries.Familiarity with AI ethics, including understanding and mitigating biases in AI outputs.Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving technology landscape.
