We are looking for a well-rounded engineer with a strong background in hardware product development or test to deliver on the next generation of AR devices. The ideal candidate will have solid technical and communication skills, has worked on one or more senor, audio, wireless, optics technologies and is comfortable working with a highly cross-functional team of HW and SW and Systems engineering to resolve issues and deliver solutions. Role : System Integration Engineer Location : Sunnyvale CA- Onsite Hire Type : Full time & Contract Both Job Requirement - Develop technical requirements for hardware systems for Wearables and AR devices. Review electrical schematics, component datasheets to extract performance metrics. Perform systems integration studies, evaluate product features against HW and SW dependencies. Developing test methods, document test fixture requirements, drive implementation and bring-up working with cross-functional teams and suppliers. Develop data collection procedures, perform data collection and analysis to provide feedback to design teams. Provide regular documentation and presentation. Minimum Qualification : 5+ years experience developing or testing portable electronics devices. Good understanding of electrical or mechanical engineering concepts. Ability to program and develop scripts for data collection, analysis in Python, C or C Experience working in a lab environment for test and measurements. Vocal leader with strong communication and presentation skills.
