Kforce has a client that is seeking a Help Desk Tier 1 Support Representative in Marietta, GA.
Handle inbound calls assisting instore associates with all their technical support needs
Assist with online orders and trouble shoot the online orders and accounts
Hours: Full Flexibility between 4am-11pm M-S
Required Skills : At least 1-year Call Center experience Help Desk/technical support experience Skillset and Additional Intel: Effective communication skills Computer knowledge
