Must have skill(s): DOM Support Lead Min experience - 10 + yearsWorked as integration expert / orchestrator liasoning with cross functional team. Design, develop, maintain, support, and enhance IBM DOM platform.Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and platforms.Collaborate with other developers and architects to ensure a cohesive system design.Develop and maintain technical documentation.Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and Retail industry trends.Perform bug fixes and make minor enhancements to the DOM application as needed. Chair and anchor business meetings and be able to coordinate and speak on day to issue related to order management cycle. Needs to have strong communication skills to speak to business(non-technical) and IT( technical language) Technical Skills Experience with IBM DOM platform, specifically the Order Management and Inventory Management modulesExperience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and StrutsExperience with Angular, Node.jsExperience with messaging systems such as KafkaExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker and KubernetesFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or AzureExperience with test-driven development (TDD) and agile methodologiesFamiliarity with DevOps practices such as continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in software applicationsStrong understanding of performance optimization techniques and experience optimizing applications for scalability and speedMust be fully familiar with order management cycle, including returns processes and drive end to end conversation of these processes.Chair and anchor business and IT meetings and be able to coordinate and speak on day to issue related to order management cycle.
