TITLE-IT Financial Manager

LOCATION-Miami, FL (ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES) Remote

• Work closely with the Finance and Accounting counterparts to ensure accuracy of numbers (Accruals, forecasts, actuals)
• Budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial planning

• Strategic financial planning, performance monitoring, and financial oversight
• Designing and developing scalable Cloud (AWS, Azure)
• Financial Management reporting model, forecasting, and budgeting strategy
• Monitoring daily Cloud (AWS) financial spend, cost optimization and Right-sizing by establishing best practices
• Responsible for generating monthly financial reports based on accruals and actuals
• Responsible for generating monthly AWS financial reports and presentations Daily management and monitoring of the spend on the cloud for detecting anomalies.
• Responsible for forecasting, budgeting, invoice management, and reporting. Use of appropriate cloud management platforms and tools (i.e. CloudCheckr, AWS native cloud tools, etc.).
• Perform cost-benefit analysis; Demand vs usage vs Cost vs budget Provide accurate and thorough analysis on forecasted numbers received from individual departments within IT Lead and manage monthly IT OPEX financial reports and presentations.
• Provide scorecards based on individual IT forecast and usage Schedule and facilitate IT OPEX sessions to review the monthly G&A numbers with each IT cost center owner
• Manage AWS credits, charges, billing, and invoicesDeep Dive, understand, and communicate to leadership insights on bi-weekly AWS forecast analysis and commentary

Develop and maintain ongoing reports to monitor and control the AWS Cloud and the overall IT spending Analyze the status on the issues and risks affecting the IT financials
