All IT support, cybersecurity, etc will be outsourced. Wants to minimize internal IT headcount so will engage managed service providers when possible. This person will function primarily as a Project Manager and liaison between the MSP, App vendors, and internal stakeholders.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 2+ years of professional experience liasoning between managed service providers and internal IT teams. (IT Project Management or Business Analysis skillset Strong communication skills and hunger for career growth. Previous experience with a company going through mergers and acquisitions would be a plus but not required. Previous experience in the Pest Control or Consumer Services industries would be helpful, but not required. We will be using Sage financials and a Pest Control specific operations application and we will have a contract with an MSP similar to a Leapfrog. Everything will be cloud based and SaaS.
