Senior level programmer analyst to convert existing system components to Java based code to help with the development of single page responsive development of Management System.
Consultant should have good analyst skills to understand / decode existing legacy system to convert to Java based system, preferably with good experience and knowledge of court domain.
Consultant should have experience in all of the following areas for development.
a) HTML, b) Javascript, c) CSS, d) JQuery, e) AJAX, f) JSON, g) IDE - Eclipse, h)Java 1.8 i) Axis 2, j) MyBatis k) Web Services - Spring MVC, l) HTTP over SSL m) Struts, n) C/C ++ understanding, o) Spring MVC, p) Maven, q) GIT, r) Oracle & PL/SQL, and s) Websphere Application Server environment.
Successful development includes interacting with the court data system in a secure way to successfully convert C code to java and/or PL/SQL.
Interface data securely with the OSCA website using the different frameworks adapted by OSCA such as, but not limited to, Spring modules and projects, Mybatis & Apache projects.
