We have an immediate opportunity with our client, please go through the below requirement & let me know your thoughts Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect Location: Paramus -New Jersey(Hybrid-3 days Onsite, 2 days Remote) Visa: Any Experience: 15+ Must Job Description: Define Digital Architectural needs and Own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, work closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design. Work Experience :15 plus years Key Responsibilities : Develop Digital Architecture Framework and Solution for multi-year technology transformation deals working closely with client buyers Participate and/or lead solution discussions/client meetings related to technology platforms with Oracle EBS and custom application environment. Build strong sustainable client / account team relationships Lead a team to plan, execute, manage the solution in response to a client requirement/RFP. Define Performance metrics and reporting dashboards Technical Experience : 5+ years of experience with full Salesforce implementation (any cloud Platform Development 1 , Salesforce Administrator , Salesforce App Builder Certified. Good Knowledge on current Salesforce releases, new features and product roadmaps. Certification in Cloud AWS/Azure/GCP at specialization level a must Prior experience/expertise in consultative tech solutioning and cloud advisory skills Understand client business/tech drivers-business IT alignment, IT Operating model/sourcing model dimensions that improve IT effectiveness Outstanding interpersonal/communication skills, Strong articulating capability Ability to influence, build relationship with clients and key stakeholders Structured, issue-based problem-solving approach Professional Attributes : 15 yrs. of exp in IT industry, with min7 yrs. of technology consulting, technology solutioning, technology sales in App Services system integration, app outsourcing, cloud advisory exp In-depth expertise and prior experience in crafting journey to cloud, industry cloud and cloud-native solutions.
