Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and budget for luxury travel experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Design bespoke travel itineraries that align with the client's preferences, incorporating high-end accommodations, unique activities, exclusive access to events, and private transportation options..
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, itineraries, and travel options.
• Ensure itineraries are well-organized, comprehensive, and aligned with client expectations.
• Make reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services using industry-specific booking systems.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of luxury destinations, hotels, resorts, and experiences to curate unforgettable journeys.
• Establish and maintain relationships with luxury hotels, resorts, cruise lines, private villas, tour operators, and other relevant suppliers.
• Stay updated on the latest luxury travel trends, emerging destinations, and unique experiences to offer clients the most current and sought-after options.
• Provide expert advice on the best times to visit specific destinations, local customs, and cultural highlights.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and manage budgets for each itinerary, ensuring transparency and accuracy in pricing.
• Coordinate all necessary travel documentation, including visas, permits, and travel insurance, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
• Book travel needs (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc.
• Arrange private transfers, VIP airport services, and any additional logistical support required.
• Promptly respond to all travel inquires.
• Effectively manage your time when researching trips and communicating with clients
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers.
• Provide clients with insights and recommendations on emerging travel opportunities.
  
  

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age, and be authorized to work within the U.S.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong network within the luxury travel industry, including contacts with high-end hotels, resorts, and other luxury service providers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Must have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommend but not required.
• Personal travel experience is a huge plus, however not required.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not required
