Marketing Coordinator needed to join our client, a pioneer in the housing and finance industry! This is a freelance to full time, primarily remote opportunity starting in February. This role is fully remote with occasional onsite team meetings in North Austin. Candidates must be local to Austin or San Antonio to be considered.
The Marketing Coordinator's typical day-to-day will be to oversee and assist in implementing regional marketing activities including communications, collateral materials, advertising, web site changes, and promotions. The ideal Marketing Coordinator is a natural team player with an outgoing, customer service personality and is excited about the details and proven ability to multitask.
Experience Required:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role or relevant experience
- Adobe workfront or other PM software knowledge
- Project Coordination in fast pace, high volume environment
Responsibilities Include:
- Review all incoming Marketing Requests. Work in tandem with various markets to collect any missing or additional information, documentation or approvals that may be required.
- Assist in reviewing and proofreading all advertising.
- Purchase and distribute promotional items.
- Assist Marketing team members with collecting additional information from branches or other internal company departments.
- Assist in training various positions in marketing best practices or new tools/platforms.
