The Skinny Pancake is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team!

This individual supports the execution of marketing strategies through day to day activities involving photography, videography, printing, engaging the community on social media, managing and coordinating merchandise, administrative duties and general support of marketing initiatives. This individual is creative, aesthetically driven, is able to both respond to direction and self-manage, and has strong organizational skills. While service industry experience is not required, this individual must thrive in the world of The Skinny Pancake restaurants and beyond, finding both fun and satisfaction in marketing the overall brand.

Qualifications:

• Experience curating a social media page for a brand or organization
• Experience producing video content for social media channels like Instagram and/or TikTok
• 1 or more year of experience working within a professional team
• An ability to manage multiple creative projects and to meet deadlines
• A desire and willingness to expand your skills and grow within an organization

Things that would be awesome:

• Experience doing light fabrication of signage or installations
• Experience in the restaurant industry
• Experience ordering, designing, and managing branded merchandise/retail inventory

This is a full-time salaried position with opportunity for growth. Current students are encouraged to apply. While much of the work can be done remotely, a fair amount of the work will require being present at our Burlington office or one of our restaurant locations.
