Who We Are: Alline Therapy is a small but growing private practice headquartered in New York City. We provide individual, family, and relationship psychotherapy to adult individuals (18+). Therapists at Alline are equipped with a knowledge bank and expertise in approaches rooted in current brain-body science and research. Active psychoeducation is a fundamental component of what we offer clients. Clients are attracted to the practice because of our direct, interactive, and collaborative approach. What Youll Do: Part time therapists will be responsible for seeing a minimum of 10-15 clients per week. Clinicians are required to commit to chosen time blocks, according to hours expectation, including at least one morning block and two evening blocks per week. - Prep for client sessions including review case notes ahead of time
- Maintain regular weekly sessions with clients
- Submit client session notes, treatment plans and termination notes via SimplePractice platform within 24-48 hours of session
- Communicate with the clinical and admin team in a timely manner
- Attend 1-2 staff meetings monthly and clinical supervision as determiend by your supervisor
Requirements - Have a working laptop and reliable internet + access to an ethernet cord
- Designated professional, quiet, and distraction free workspace
Therapists must be fully licensed as LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or equivalent in New York or Massachusetts. Therapist must have experience, training, or an unwavering geeky interest in at least one of the following areas: - Attachment theory
- Body centered therapy
- Brain-based approaches
- EMDR
- Interpersonal neurobiology
- Mind body connection
- Mindfulness
- Polyvagal theory
- Somatic experiencing
- Trauma treatment
