Job Title: Remote Portal Developer
Location: VA (Remote)

Job Purpose:
Seeking a talented Portal Developer. As a Portal Developer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality portal and portlet solutions. You will develop server-side components to meet the front-end requirements using advanced technologies and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop portals and portlets
Develop server-side components to satisfy front-end requirements
Collaborate with UX designers, business analysts, and architects to deliver usable software
Convert wireframes into prototypes for usability testing
Create HTML, CSS, and JavaScript artifacts
Suggest and plan solutions with the UX in mind
Qualifications (Must Have):
Knowledge of Python, HTML, CSS3, Java, JavaScript, JQuery, and Reach JS
Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, inVision, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
Experience with prototyping and wireframing
Strong UX designer portfolio
Excellent communication skills
Experience creating website layouts, site maps, and process flows
Desired Skills:
Experience with LifeRay as a DXP
Experience with agile methodologies and the SDLC
