  • Salary Range: $58,600 - $66,700 per year (how we pay and promote)

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical and administrative support by harvesting, analysis, and collation of data and/or information management tasks.
  • Coordinates with the functional team lead to develop reports and award tracking.
  • Provides analyst support for program evaluation and portfolio analysis and responses to high priority information requests (i.e., taskers), Congressional inquiries, data calls, and other inquiries.
  • Conducts topic area, program, or product-related analyses and prepares summary materials.
  • Provides project management support for award management as requested.
  • Provides support for the award closeout process.
  • Provides meeting support such as scheduling, meeting minutes, and after meeting follow up activities.
  • May monitor and triage centralized email or team tracker communications and respond to routine inquiries.
  • Prepares topic area, program, or product-related summary materials for scientific programs.
  • Must take initiative and possess excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Works under minimal supervision.

Requirements

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in science, health, healthcare or related area,
  • 4 years minimum experience in related biomedical or public health field

Basic Requirements

  • Computer literacy with experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Outlook; including the ability to prepare and maintain complex spreadsheets.
  • Electronic database and spreadsheet experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for face-to-face interaction with clients, coworkers, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills; demonstrated capacity for detailed organization and synthesis of abstract and disparate information.
  • Highly efficient and extremely detail oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize among multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and know when to seek assistance.
