As QA Lead, you'll guide testing efforts, manage test plans, and collaborate across teams for a seamless software release process. Responsibilities: Lead QA initiatives for Eagle STAR, devising and executing test strategies.Collaborate with development to grasp requirements, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.Mentor QA team, offering guidance in test planning and execution.Create and manage test plans, cases, and scripts for Eagle STAR functions.Perform regression, performance, and user acceptance testing when needed.Identify and report defects, partnering with developers to replicate and resolve issues.Maintain quality standards and processes throughout the software (link removed)municate test progress, results, and concerns to stakeholders.Enhance QA procedures, tools, and methodologies for better efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.Over 5 years of software quality assurance experience, emphasizing Eagle STAR.Strong grasp of investment banking processes and domain.Proficiency in PL/SQL programming and SQL database experience.Track record leading QA teams and managing testing efforts.Familiarity with test automation tools and methodologies.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. In-depth Expertise: Proficient in Eagle product STAR, including in-depth expertise.Participated in diverse Eagle QA tasks, showcasing testing proficiency.Solid understanding of investment banking sector.Expertise in Release Management, including comprehensive testing of new releases, issue replication, and regression test bed enhancement.Proficient in PL/SQL programming.
