Hi, Job Title: ITQA Lead Duration: Long - Term Contract. Location: Remote Must be US citizen or green card holder Job Description: We have an immediate need for a 100% remote Quality Test Engineer. Hospital client is looking for an experienced Functional IT Quality Assurance (ITQA) Lead to manage the Software Quality Assurance for the billing track of the revenue cycle system replacement. Client is moving off their legacy system and has purchased Athena IDX and over the next couple years will plan, design, and execute a full system replacement for their registration, scheduling, and billing processes. The Functional ITQA Lead for billing will work closely with the Senior ITQA Lead for the overall project as well as the vendor and the implementation partner to set the IT Quality Assurance process and test strategies for their assigned track for all phases of the testing cycle. This role will create a strong partnership with Roswell's business team responsible for billing to ensure a high-quality implementation for the revenue cycle. Minimum Resource Qualifications: Experience in an outpatient, hospital, or Comprehensive Cancer Center setting. Experience in Billing and Claims processing in a Healthcare payer setting may also be considered. Hands on experience in claims, coding, and billing in an outpatient/hospital setting or at a healthcare payer. Experience working on a Revenue Cycle system implementation or other claims processing related system implementation. Experience with Athena IDX a plus. 5+ years' experience managing and leading the Software Quality Assurance and Testing on complex integrated programs in corporate environments. 5+ years' business experience in Revenue Cycle billing. Experience working with vendors, developers, and business partners to triage and prioritize issues for resolution. Experience Identifying Risk and recommending risk mitigation strategies. Experience with presentations in large corporate settings. Hands on experience in: Writing test strategies and test plans on large complex corporate initiatives. Writing test cases with and without documented requirements provided. Producing daily, weekly, monthly test metrics on large corporate initiatives. Executing tests and identifying defects. Hands on experience with Micro Focus ALM or other test management software. Advanced knowledge with software testing concepts: regression testing, negative testing, White Box v.
