Role: QE Functional testing Location: Remote Position: 6 months Contract Job Description: Experience working with Agile development methodology. Participate in user story grooming, sprint planning sessions, and review figma and tech designs to provide feedback on features and influence quality thinking and outcomes. Analyze business and technical requirements, design test strategy & test cases. Develop an end-to-end test strategy across all systems and environments. Execute tests, analyze test results, analyze test failure's root cause, and share the status with the QE leadership team. Hands-on experience with test management tools such as QMetry, Quality Center, HP ALM Configure test sets as needed and collect metrics on regression test execution. Identify potential quality issues in the systems/processes and drive needed changes. Perform manual and exploratory testing as needed. Work with the Functional team and constantly maintain eCommerce manual regression test suite. Provide daily work assignments, guidance to offshore QE teams, and review their test results Requirements: 6+ years of experience in Software testing and Quality Engineering Experience in full testing lifecycle for web, and backend applications testing. Solid test design skills, and knowledge of design patterns used for test automation. Experience in validating the payment extract file and identifying the root cause of the transaction failure. Experience in testing payment systems. Ability to work independently without close supervision. Experience working with cross-functional teams spread across different time zones. Team player in a cross-functional team, a good communicator, driven and committed.
