What do we need?

We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager who can provide project management leadership for multiple medium to large projects, with moderate to high complexity. The Revenue Cycle Manager will act as the single point of accountability for projects, utilizing ARx Business Solutions Project Controls and/or Client Induced Standards to ensure that the projects meet stated objectives. The Revenue Cycle Manager must demonstrate strong commitment to stakeholder relationships by proactively communicating and taking ownership of risks/issues and facilitating effective outcomes in a timely manner.


What will you provide?

  • Organize project activities into manageable work efforts for team members, and determine an effective approach to completing the work, as outlined in the project plan
  • Author/facilitate strategic documents such as Project Reference Material , Education and Communication plans, and present project updates to business owners
  • Manage and communicate a clear project scope and motivate team members.
  • Manage all aspect associated with the development of new employees and the continual education of tenured employees
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies.
  • Monitor and report on project activities and reporting on status within published timelines.
  • Coach team members to clarify task assignments, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Identify, prepare, and/or ensure completion of high quality, professional deliverables as required by each project plan.
  • Organize/Implementation of toolkits to support field-based implementations.
  • Facilitation of operational atmosphere promoting team culture of success, support and family oriented activity.

Requirements

  • Establishing courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.

  • Takes responsibility and applies ARx Business Solutions project controls to identify and communicate project scope, goals, project plan, and project progress/performance; leverages resources and makes preparations to ensure projects remain on schedule; ensures high quality
  • Applies decision-making tools and techniques to all projects supported
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Microsoft Project) and preferably Clarity project portfolio management system
  • Effectively manages the project controls of complex processes
  • Seeks opportunities to develop others an own ideas; as part of a team, clarifies the current situation, sets standards of excellence, encourages others to take responsibility, and facilitates agreement
  • Guide individuals and groups toward desired outcomes; subordinates personal goals
  • Establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations
  • Communicates clearly, proactively, and concisely with all key stakeholders and customers; uses key principles


EDUCATION

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Revenue Cycle Management required.
  • At least 5 years leadership experience, preferably in project management, financial services, hospital operations, supply chain, or information systems-oriented environments, i.e., EPIC, Meditech, Cerner, Nthrive, SSI is a plus.
  • Certificate Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred, but not required.
