FIND are working with a specialist technology training company who are helping shape the future of automation in Manufacturing through education and innovation.

Theyre looking to hire a Robotics Automation Process Trainer, to develop and deliver bootcamp style training programmes to individuals within the manufacturing sector, up-skilling them on Robotics Automation, Deep Learning & AI.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development:

• Lead on designing & writing a structured 14-week training programme covering Robotics Automation Process & Deep Learning.
• Develop content that aligns with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and the specific needs of the Manufacturing sector.

Training Delivery:

• Conduct engaging and informative bootcamp-style training sessions for learners within the Manufacturing industry
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including hands-on exercises, case studies, and real-world examples to facilitate effective learning.

Assessment and Feedback:

• Develop assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Provide constructive feedback to learners, guiding them in the application of learned skills.

Stay up to date with industry trends:

• Keep updated on the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in Robotics Automation Process and Deep Learning within the Manufacturing sector, to make sure the training content stays modern & relevant long term.

Requirements

• 2+ years Robotics experience within the Manufacturing sector
• In-depth knowledge of Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence & Deep Learning technologies
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in automation, such as Python or Java.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning frameworks and libraries.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Previous experience as working as a Trainer / Tutor / Lecturer / Teacher / Instructor would be a nice-to-have, but is NOT essential.

This is a full-time Permanent position, paying up to 70,000
