Client: Direct State Client Location: Remote Role - With 1-2 visits a month at client location) Specialized Experience: Extensive experience leading large-scale enterprise IAM and/or cloud-based projects that utilize the Microsoft AAD solution. 13+ years of experience in business analysis. Seven (7) years of highly specialized experience in one or more information, computer, or network security disciplines. These disciplines could include identity and access management, process analysis, audit analysis, public key infrastructure, multifactor authentication, risk analysis, and multilevel security. Knowledge of cybersecurity standards, best practices, and regulations to include NIST FIPS and 800-series publications to include NIST 800 53 Rev. 5. Experience with PeopleSoft suite of enterprise applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. General Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, and Visio. Demonstrated experience communicating and establishing strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to include those in IT, business, and financial communities. Ability to perform high caliber qualitative and quantitative analyses. Ability to communicate effectively with developers and other technical resources to create the required artifacts. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Demonstrated knowledge of the artifacts generated from the Software Development Life Cycle and the Project Development Life Cycle. Experience and/or formal training in organization development, complex systems analysis, business process re-engineering, group facilitation, or information systems requirements analysis. Extended experience with developing system roadmaps. Ability to assess and analyze trends and facts about issues by applying fact-based analysis. Ability to discuss findings and recommendations with key executive leadership.
