Role: - SAP S4/Hana Business Solution Architect Location: - Remote with travel Job Type: - Long Term Contract Job Description Remote in the US with occasional project and milestone related travel to the Midwest Food & Beverage industry experience is a + Job Post We are seeking a Functional SAP S4/Hana Business Solution Architect for a 9 month + project in the Food/Beverage industry. While the role is Remote and the person hired can live anywhere in the US, there will be occasional project and milestone relatedtravel in the Midwest. The Role As the Business Solution Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of ERP (i.e., SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft D365, IFS, Oracle, etc system solution implementations. You need to possess strong communication skills and have experience with the multiple ERP platforms. We are seeking a talented individual with experience with ERP implementations across various Supply Chain and Financial solution process areas. The successful candidate will be expected to: As a Business Solution Architect, lead the delivery of high-quality ERP advisory and delivery projects Provide specialist advice in ERP Supply Chain and Financial management and work closely with client leads to optimize processes and maximize the benefits Have a functional expertise of latest ERP Supply Chain and Financial solution and integration to other ERP modules Advise on technical integration of the ERP Supply Chain and Financial application with other client and 3rd party tools/applications Advise on data migration and data integrity as part of the deployment engagement Experience of ERP implementation(s) in manufacturing industries, consumer packaging goods, food & beverage, or retail The Person Functional expertise and knowledge of ERP enabled processes and configuration in multiple areas across the ERP. Using SAP as an example see the following: SAP FICO, SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), SAP PPDS, SAP DMC, SAP ME, SAP PEO, SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), SAP Enterprise Asset Management/MRO, SAP Order Management & Fulfilment/AATP/Logistics Execution, SAP Product Lifecycle Management and SAP Transport Management Proven Engagement/Delivery Management and/or Solution Architect experience for large scale ERP transformation programs Deep understanding and knowledge of digital trends in Supply Chain and Financial areas Ability to build strong client relationships based on subject matter expertise and quality of delivery Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills Facilitation and problem-solving skills along with excellent communication skills (written and oral) ERP system design, build and deployment experience minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations preferred Experience of business analysis, facilitating design workshops to gather transformational opportunities and requirements, then translating the findings into operational and system design Experience producing high quality project deliverables (business requirements, solution design document, functional specs, configuration document, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices, etc Supply Chain and Financial experience preferred in manufacturing industries, consumer packaging goods, food & beverage, or retail Responsibilities: Monitor compliance and related guidance (such as data retention and audit requirements) to determine impact on enterprise architecture Monitor emerging industry standards to determine impact on enterprise architecture Participation into the global Architecture governance process Monitor regulatory guidelines (such as consumer privacy issues) to determine impact on enterprise architecture Lead IT innovation in emerging technology Support the PMO and delivery functions with technical expertise Translate business and technology requirements into a functional and economical solution architecture solutions Requirements: 5+ years of experience with ERP, with at least 3 full cycle implementations Ability to analyse project, program and portfolio needs Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence Manage 3rd party dependencies related to ERP environment Implementation, upgrade and support of the latest ERP systems versions Experience designing and implementing Solution Architecture practices; Strong ERP Functional knowledge or ERP Basis background Good understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies Knowledgeable in the design and construction architectures that enable well-integrated transaction, collaborative solutions Configuration knowledge or experience with ERP Code, including checking for existing RICEFWs and their remediation Minimum Education: Educational Experience: B.A./B.S. in related field is required. Preferred Skills/Experience/Certifications: 3+ years with a top tier consulting firm preferred. Six Sigma or other related certification Highly preferred.
