Solid understanding of identity and access management principles and practices. Proficiency in Java/Beanshell programming for SailPoint development. Experience with building custom workflows, forms, quicklinks using SailPoint Experience in developing custom lifecycle events, rules, custom reports and certifications Experience in performing upgrades, applying patches and evaluating CVEs Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to identity management systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a small team environment. Preferred Qualifications: SailPoint IdentityNow certification. Familiarity with related IAM technologies and industry best practices.
