ABDS, Inc is currently seeking for Salesforce Developer Job Title: Salesforce DeveloperJob Location: Remote (EST or CST Only)Job Travel Location(s): Travel to Whippany, NJ or Pittsburgh, PA may be required Job Responsibilities: As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for owning and delivering complex cloud-based solutions using technologies such as SFDC, Service Cloud and Communities. The candidate will be responsible for owning the architecture, design, and development of complex solution components. Specifically, you will be covering architecture, administration, development (and custom development) and integrations while keeping tight security controls that meet or exceed company policy and SOC2/HIPAA compliance. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills in all stages of an agile software development life cycle. The candidate will own reviewing design elements, signing off on the overall technical design and implementing (hands on The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, can incorporate and support future strategic initiatives, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance/security requirements are closely monitored. The candidate must also be able to identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches. The candidate must also have experience providing detailed level of effort estimates for technical portion of solutions. Key Responsibilities Include: Experience in designing and developing software componentsEnd to end implementation experience with the Service Cloud and SFDC platformAbility to lead design sessions and communicate design options to clientsExperience with development technologies such as Apex/VF, JAVA, Node js, Javascript, jQuery, Angular.jsIntegration experience using both Web based technologies Rest and Integration and Middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Jitterbit and custom APIs.Knowledge of options and how to handle security requirements such as single sign on and data securityExperience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies such as Azure DevOps (Git) and SFDC Metadata APIAbility to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a solution that meets the product roadmapServe as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environmentHandle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasksComplete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgradesPrepare, present and train other developers in Salesforce administration and development. Skills and Experience Required: At least 5 years experience in Architecture role Service Hub, SFDC or other CRM architecture experience a plusAt least 5 years experience with Integration technologiesAt least 5 years experience with Salesforce administration and development.At least 2 years experience in development (Node js, .Net, python)At least 7 years experience in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodsSales Cloud, Service Cloud or Developer certifications preferredWorking knowledge of security concepts such as single sign on and data securityExcellent project management skills and a positive attitudeStrong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexityStrong understanding of (link removed) best practices and functionalityStrong data management abilitiesAbility to perform development of APIs outside of the Salesforce environment.
