Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00
Commission Structure: Negotiable Commission Plan OR, 9% after earning 18k in revenue

- Pre-covid Travel RN/Allied business development experience
- Must have 20+ TOA on current desk
- Must have 3+ years of experience at a staffing agency

About the Role
The ideal candidate for this position will have pre-covid Travel RN/Allied staffing experience. This firm has a book of consistent clients that provide a healthy amount of Travel RN/Allied openings. They are seeking a Business Development Manager who can thrive in a WFH environment to expand upon those needs and obtain more clients. Top players are making 200k+ a year with a 55k base and 9% commission setup. There is ample room for growth as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and obtain contracts with hospitals across the country for Travel Nurse/Allied openings
