Our Client is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Treasury and Finance team. The Senior Financial Analyst will serve in a lead role in the administration of our clients long term debt programs, as well as providing support and assistance for clients securities issuances and execution of derivative transactions. Actively engages in clients trustee relationship with Client. Act as subject matter expert for all aspects of the administration of clients long-term funding programs Provide assistance with the execution of securities and derivatives transactions Prepare monthly/quarterly long-term funding valuation and other financial reporting analysis Lead the preparation and tracking of all Clients debt compliance requirements Manage the collateral tracking and reporting process required to support clients secured long term debt programs Analyze and report on indicative and historical long-term debt program pricing; prepare comparative analysis on clients cost of funds Develop financial models as needed Maintain and update procedures and ensure they are being followed Prepare and conduct capital markets research, management reports, and other ad hoc financial analysis and reporting Develop and mentor staff to establish bench strength.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills- Capital Markets, Corporate treasury, Trading, Futures, Bonds ,Bloomberg Terminal ( Trading Platform Bachelors degree in finance is required MBA or MS in Finance preferred 5+ years of experience in the financial and banking industry Experience in corporate treasury and capital markets transactions preferred Prior supervisory experience is a plus CFA and/or CTP designation is a plus Strong understanding of financial institutions and debt capital markets Strong MS Office Skills Proven ability to work with the Bloomberg TerminalOur client is a leadingFinancial Servicesorganization and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
