Job Overview:As a pivotal member of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, the Senior Info Security Consultant will spearhead the day-to-day operations and governance. Focusing on Access Control and Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including lines of business, technology teams, and risk management, the incumbent will ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and the Payment Card Industry (PCI DSSKey Responsibilities:Design and conduct access control reviews across multiple platforms and systems including Windows, Linux, Databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, DB2), network appliances, and mainframes.Identify, document, and mitigate Access Control and SoD risks by engaging business process owners and stakeholders through annual questionnaire completion and with the Business Process Risk Identification Program to provide training content on roles related to SoD processes and lead change management initiatives.Validate access controls within Sailpoint Identity Governance Administration.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM processes to ensure seamless program functioning.Develop and maintain the IAM operating model, defining roles and responsibilities and addressing IAM risks.Manage and update metrics (e.g., KRIs, KPIs) to track risks and report metrics to senior management.Foster effective communication with lines of business and technology groups.Actively participate in technology and line of business projects.Required Qualifications:Education/Certifications: Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experience.Experience: Three to five + years of experience in technology-related auditing, consulting, programming, and/or operational banking. Identity and Access Management experience preferred, with knowledge of Sailpoint a plus.Subject Matter Expertise: Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of security and technology, with a focus on risk management.Decision Making: Ability to make informed decisions based on prior experience in a large enterprise environment and a comprehensive understanding of associated technologies and (link removed)petencies and Skills:Strong leadership competencies with the ability to work autonomously and drive towards common outcomes.Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze complex business processes and technologies and provide sound recommendations.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Proficiency in communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Ability to identify, assess, and manage risks and issues effectively.Aptitude for creating and implementing new processes and procedures.High business acumen, preferably in a regulated/financial industry.
