As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring Pega systems, and ensuring the successful delivery of Pega-based solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Pega best practices and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and define system requirements. Design and develop Pega applications based on business requirements. Configure and customize Pega applications using PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC). Implement best practices and ensure Pega application performance, scalability, and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications. Create and maintain technical documentation for Pega applications. Work closely with QA teams to ensure the quality and integrity of Pega solutions. Keep up to date with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification is required. Proven experience as a Pega Developer with hands-on experience in Pega PRPC. Strong understanding of Pega best practices, frameworks, and methodologies. Proficiency in PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) and related technologies. Solid understanding of software development principles and practices. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
