Job Title: Senior Manager (Data Engineering)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Ad Technology to lead the technical aspects of our Retail Media Network initiative. The successful candidate will play a critical role in architecting, developing, and managing the technology stack that drives our advertising capabilities. This role requires expertise in customer identity solutions, data flow management, and integration with various ad platforms such as Epsilon, Citrus Ad, DV360, TradeDesk, and more. Additionally, familiarity with Google and Azure cloud platforms, as well as experience in building applications on Kubernetes, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and technical specialists responsible for the development and maintenance of the Retail Media Network technology stack.
- Platform Integration: Drive the integration of key advertising platforms like Epsilon, Citrus Ad, DV360, TradeDesk, etc., ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Customer Identity Solutions: Implement and optimize customer identity solutions to enhance targeting and personalization of advertising content.
- Cloud Platform Expertise: Leverage Google and Azure cloud platforms to build scalable and robust applications that power the Retail Media Network.
- Kubernetes Proficiency: Design, deploy, and manage applications on Kubernetes for high availability and efficient resource utilization.
- Closed Loop Measurement: Develop and implement strategies for integrating ad platforms to enable closed-loop measurement and reporting, ensuring accurate performance tracking and analysis.
Data Monetization Skills
Commerce and Retail Media Networks Experience with retailers and other industries helping organizations integrate and enable media and advertising technologies within a heterogenous tech stack including marketing cloud and commerce cloud technologies.
Enterprise Applications within Media Networks Experience building and integrating multiple technologies sometimes into standalone applications ingesting critical report data and enabling automation such as Media Order Manger and Advertising Operations technologies.
Media Activations Experience activating data both onsite and offsite for media networks with technologies like CleanRooms and Identity but activating campaigns on Meta, Google, TradeDesk and others
Experience managing customer data experience working with technologies to enable cookieless matching such as conversion apis and progressive content technologies.
