Job Title: Senior Oracle Cloud SCM Test Lead Location: Remote Position Description Working for a dynamic team in a fast-paced client environment. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic functional testing subject matter expert to join our growing team. In this role you would be responsible for overseeing software and user acceptance testing teams. You should have proven leadership skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve, and a track-record of ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met. Opportunity to work remote is available. Lead test effort for EBS to cloud migration Create and maintain test deliverables and artifacts (test plans, test cases, test results summary) to test complex applications and system integrations for Finance (Oracle EBS and integrated SaaS) applications. Planning and scheduling of resources, deliverables, execution, etc. as part of the Test Plan document Coordinating, end-to-end, all testing activities including developing QA/UAT Test Plan using structured testing methodologies Creating Test Scenarios and reviewing test scenarios created by testers Confirming test scenario approval by Business Analyst and Development Creating and executing test cases Tracking and reporting on test results and defects Escalating and resolving issues and risks Coordinating the test environment Hosting defect meetings Creating test sign off documents Partnering with Automation and Performance Leads and Testers to identify test cases for automation scripting or flows for performance testing Strong functional knowledge of the following SCM modules: o Product Management o Order Management o Purchasing o Inventory and Costing o Supplier Management o Warehouse Management o Oracle Transport Management Good knowledge of other SaaS-based applications and integrations for Supply Chain Experience in leading test efforts for EBS to cloud migration Solid experience with ALM for test case and defect related modules Working regular US business schedule with flexibility based on project needs, occasional over-time Completing tasks, including over-time work if necessary, on short notice Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Solid experience with estimation and prioritization Skill set Years of experience Proficiency level Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) 5 Expert Cloud Migration 4 Advanced Team Lead Management 3 Advanced JIRA 4 Advanced MicroFocus ALM 4 Advanced Oracle Finance (ERP) 2 Intermediate Oracle Supply Chain Planning (SCP) 2 Intermediate
