Title: Senior Product Manager Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid/3 days Onsite in a week) Duration: Long Term Job Description: Owns the value delivery of Features and has content authority for the Product Roadmap and the Feature Backlog Partners with Epic owner, business, technology and UX teams to help define the minimum viable product (MVP) that will meet the needs of the business with minimal investment for each feature. Understands the Portfolio Epic prioritization process and participates in solutioning discussions as needed Responsible for Developing the product near term roadmap, interfaces with Business Owners, and other product teams to define work Decomposes epics into features and prioritizes them for the product team including sequencing and identifying / documenting dependencies and coordinates dependencies commitments across scrum teams Inputs and manages feature details including sequencing, start and target end dates in Jira Align and negotiates and discusses any feature dependencies with other product/scrum teams to effect seamless coordination; opens dependencies in iTrack for visibility and traceability across teams Works with other Product Managers for common understanding of Features and provides inputs in case of conflicting priorities and provides strong support to Product Managers and Technical Business Analysts to support Feature decomposition Works with architecture and engineering leads on initial feature estimation, updating once team are involved in PI Planning readiness. Works with architecture and engineering leads to understand and incorporate needed enablers Works with team consistently on Feature refinement, prioritization, and estimation Determines feature KPIs and benefit value of the Features Engages Legal and Ensures all Compliance - Privacy, Accessibility and SARA - reviews are completed Participates in PI Showcase for completed features - gathers, assess and (if applicable) prioritizes feedback from stakeholders Accepts Features Provided Business context and vision, along with Feature Backlog review at PI Planning Documents dependencies and coordinates across scrum teams
