Professional 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow administration required. 7+ years of experience with IT Industry required. Academics Certified System Admin is a must. CIS-ITSM, Certified Application developer preferred. One Mainline certification is a must. CMDB, Performance Analytics certifications preferred. ITIL Foundations certification is preferred. Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
